In 1964, The Bernard Company Inc. was founded by Leo Bernard, and was later sold to Tony Davies. As Tony transitioned into retirement, Kimberly Sidoti, having more than 35 years of experience in the industry, started The Bernard Companies LLC. Because of her leadership and passion for the industry, Kimberly has been able to expand and diversify our product offerings and meet the evolving needs of our customers.
At The Bernard Companies LLC, we specialize in a comprehensive range of equipment essential for material handling operations. Our offerings include OSHA-required safety items, feeds, conveyor systems, cutters and choppers, presses, and a variety of accessories. We take pride in representing leading companies in the industry, including our role as the sole North American distributor for ADM Automation in the United Kingdom.

Meet Our Team!
Kimberly Sidoti
Owner
Kimberly has dedicated the last 35 years to the industry she loves. Growing up in Woodbury, she began her journey with Pressmate Inc., owned by the Plumb family.
In 2017, she launched A & O Suppliers, the only manufacturer of OSHA-compliant Pullout Holdout Devices, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey.
In 2019, she purchased all of the Plumb family's companies: Total Parts Services, Parts and Services, and Plumb Products. She is a versatile and knowledgable professional with a diverse skill set that allows her to excel in various areas of the industry.
Outside of work, she cherishes her role as a dedicated wife to her husband, David, and a proud mother to their three beautiful children.
Brandon McClay
Operations
Brandon studied at Naugatuck Valley Community College and graduated with an associate's degree in engineering technology. He also attended Bristol Tech for welding and metal fabrication and manufacturing. He has been working within the manufacturing and wholesale industry since high school.
Outside of work, Brandon is a loving husband to his wife, Kelly, and an amazing father to his son - with another on the way. He also enjoys spending time with friends and working on cars and trucks at his shop. His favorite hobby, though, is snow plowing!
Rebecca Sidoti
Administrative Assistant
Rebecca studied at Bryant University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in actuarial mathematics and a double minor in finance and information systems. She has been working in the office within the manufacturing and wholesale industry since high school.
Rebecca has had a passion for the arts since she was young and has been a devoted musician since the age of 10. She also found a passion for cheerleading and competed at the NCA collegiate championship level for 4 years.
